Dr. Russell Beecher, D.O.
Dr. Beecher is a native of Lehi, Utah, who first discovered Carbon County while attending the College of Eastern Utah on an art scholarship after finishing high school. He finished his undergraduate education at University of Utah in 2002, before attending medical school at A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He completed physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at the University of Missouri. A desire to help individuals enjoy a better quality of life led to specialty training in interventional pain and spine at Alabama Orthopedic Spine and Sports Medicine Associates in Birmingham Alabama.
As a pain fellowship trained physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Beecher brings a function-focused, non-surgical approach to diagnosing and treating individuals with pain. Physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists are nerve, muscle, and bone experts who treat illnesses and injuries that affect how you move. The additional interventional pain fellowship training has built upon this foundation by adding tools to help individuals control their pain while minimizing need for narcotics or surgery.
Away from the office, Dr. Beecher has many interests focusing mainly on enjoying outdoor activities with his family, especially mountain biking, camping, hiking, and sports.

Trent Greenhalgh, D.N.P.
Trent was born and raised in Carbon County. He left the area for a few short years to pursue his education but he always knew that he wanted to come back to Price to raise his family. He finished his Registered Nursing degree in 2014 at USU Eastern and found his first job at Castleview Hospital in the ICU and Emergency Room. In 2015 he received his Bachelor of Registered Nursing from Dixie State University. After taking a year off to gain some work experience he was accepted into the University of Utah Doctor of Nurse Practitioner program in 2016. He continued working for Castleview Hospital and Home Health through the remainder of his schooling. In 2019 he began his career with Dr. Beecher at Eastern Utah Pain and Spine.
As a provider he focuses on patient centered care. His goal is to help his patients control their pain through other avenues than surgery or narcotics. As a DNP he hopes to positively treat patients in a way that they can live with less pain.
Away from the office, Trent’s main interest includes time at the lake with his family and anything that involves wrestling. He spends his extra time coaching the youth, middle school, and high school wrestling teams.
